We met in an online forum and we're both looking for somebody to keep us motivated and stick to our regular workout schedule.
So we'd meet up a couple times a week at his place and run our regular route, pushing each other to go faster and harder, and getting a really solid workout in.
It was great for both of us.
When we were done, we'd have a shake at his place and shoot the shit while we cooled down.
