interesting sidepoint: this is from an old video that created a virtual girl who did the moves on your desktop as a screen saver. many models of the day used computer enhanced vids and set them to run as backgrounds. this was one of them. i ordered the nurse right away! the background wasn't there originally. the girl was small and just danced around the bottom of the screen.
