至 littleDoll : I warm up my balls with a heating pad so they get very loose, lube them and then very carefully stuff them into the steel cage one at a time. The feeling of having the weighted steel cage on is unbelievable and I like to wear it in the nude around the house and under my pants when I go out in public. Hope this answers your question,

至 rubberone19 : Yeah, they are hard to get in and out so I had to cut a "V" in the back to make it easier. I love having them on.
